Bigpay told unker refer to tnc - Events of Default by Cardholder page 14 which is bullshit

Unker money inside cannot take out, 4 digit only, not alot lah.
Unker still dealing with Bigpay for the money inside.

What does this tnc - Events of Default by Cardholder page 14 state?

Here some of page 14 Event of Default by Cardholder

if payment of any sum of money is due from you to us at any time under the Card Account; or if you use your Card for any unlawful activities such as online betting and/or gambling activities; or if you commit or threaten to commit a default or breach of any agreements, covenants, stipulations, terms or conditions set out in this Agreement; or if you have furnished false information, data or documents to us; or if in our absolute opinion, your Card Account has not been operated satisfactorily or used for fraudulent purposes; or if we have noticed irregular, suspicious or unauthorized activity on your Card; or if an event or events has or have occurred or a situation exists which should or might in our opinion prejudice your ability to perform your obligations under this Agreement; or if we in our absolute discretion refuse to issue a replacement card or renew your Card; or if we in our absolute discretion decide to block, suspend, cancel or terminate the use of your Card; or if you use your Card for business and/or commercial purposes which we deem not acceptable to be transacted using your Card.. In such circumstances we reserve the right not to refund any balance of funds existing in your Card Account and we shall be entitled to retain the same at our sole discretion, and/or as may be required by the relevant governing authorities. Further thereto, we reserve the right to take any action against you as may be deemed necessary or as may be required under governing laws or by the relevant governing authorities.

could it be flagged for topup and withdraw same day, multiple times?

Then I don't withdraw cash, but dump all unused quota to BigPay, accumulating and perform a big amount transaction - insurance or AirAsia tickets.
Or maybe perform some retail transactions then withdrawal once every few months. Not so obvious.

Hi... I don't get this ... fcb already giving 2% on all transactions so why need transfer to big pay and pay from big pay again? Collect big pay points?

Not only ATM withdrawal, I can consolidate/accumulate unused quota from various CCs.
Eg I have a life insurance due in April, say RM5000.
And if FCB VS, assume I didn't spend till today, then I top up BigPay by 31/3 and on 1/4 (Posted on the same day for Maybank FCB VS!), then pay the insurance on 2/4. So I will get 2XRM50 rebate from Maybank, instead of 1XRM50 (max RM50 rebate/month).
Or I can top up using other credit cards together with FCB VS, then use BigPay to pay the insurance, so maximise the rebates.

Hope I will not get banned.

That is a very good idea.

Using for this method should have any problem as it works like prepaid method. Using for atm purpose however, might not suitable (at least for now)

If combine with 0% balance transfer schemes, it doesn't work like "prepaid" anymore. (a bit risky, usually I don't play)

Transfer fund from 1 BigPay account to another BigPay account, then cash out from the second BigPay card.
So you top up but you don't withdraw cash from the same account!

Mind explaining a little more on how to use HLB Wise with BigPay? What category would BigPay get counted from Wise's cashback?

you still need to spend rm1k (misc) + rm1k for 3 categories, right

RM1000 (0% rebate) bigpay +RM1000 (10% rebate) X 12 months
withdraw RM3000 every 3 months -> -RM6 x4
Total return for 12 months: 1200 - 169.60 (AF) - 24 (ATM) = 1006.40
1006.40 / 12000 = 8.39%, better than UOB Yolo, PB VS/Quantum, M2 Amex.

This is the ideal scenario. I assume it will work, unless HLB disqualify MCC6012 transactions.
But Unker had warned me, I will not withdraw cash from my bigpay account.

Unker did not withdraw much la, like < 5 times kena already loh

Unker tried transfer fund to kawan I during CNY using e-angpao, baru 100sen then my kawan kena called and ask if he know unker in real person.

Before suspend, unker also receive call and that fella ask unker why withdraw.
Diao its unker money why cannot withdraw.

Then you know what happen next loh. Unker face problem gua.
