wokay. as I emailed the form to customer service myself.

I think 2 weeks later I received snail mail stating confirmation change of card for auto debit.

ikhwan was good before m2card reinstated the benefits. furthermore, 5% on friday for petrol/grocery which is not available to m2c. combine with m2c, u get 3 days (fri-sat-sun) with 5% cashback for petrol/grocery.

petronas ikhwan is only good for petronas petrol. if you dont pump petronas, this card is useless. not everyone prefer petronas.  laugh.gif

Asked my insurance agent to manual charge RM1000 to my Dec due insurance premium on FCB

Not sure how she do it, but she sound like doable

Today a bad luck day!
Car window smashed, hp n wallet missing

Made police report in morning and I only call MBB report loss of card at noon

And just now 6pm received following sms

RM0.00 Maybankard:We are pleased to inform that your replacement card has been approved.Thank you

I reported my FCB card loss on Saturday 12pm

On the same day I received SMS notification that my replacement is approved

Today (Tuesday) juat now 5pm received call were told my card is ready for collection at 1U card centre
