then something should be wrong, because i only receive the letter to welcome me to the new card last week, this week i received the PIN but until no physical card yet.

I received the SMS "we are pleased to inform that your cc application has been approved" on 30 oct (monday).  It is the Barca card.

How long usually for the card to arrive by post?  CS phone lines are congested.

I received the rejection letter via snail mail.
Checked with the agent. She said that letter is sent before CL split.
She said will check the status again on the CL split this morning.
And this morning, she asked me to supply for supporting document for PTPTN.
Wondering why they need that as I'm doing CL split; not asking for CL increase.

I just called their CS. No chance already, I would say. The system doesn't state any reason why it gets rejected. He asked me to write in if I wished to know the reason or wait for 6 months before reapply.

Last resort is to walk-in.

13th: Applied for FCB VS through Ringgit+
17th: Received SMS that card has been approved
19th: Called CS to request for collection instead of card delivery
21st: Card is ready and collected the card
