Would like to ask some experienced Maybank2u share trader here and i wish you could enlighten me.



1. As the share trading platform is only usable internet explorer, is there any other browser that support this platform?

2. As i am not rich enough to own a new window laptop, and my old Mac which i have been using for about 5 years, its extremely lag when i turn it to Bootcamp. Hence, any solutions to solve this?

3. Aside from Macbook, i am an Iphone user. Any apps which can support this share trading service?

You go apps store to download Maybank share trading and maybank2u online for iOS.

I used chrome otherwise there Firefox and opera.

I use Chrome, Firefox, Safari all cannot open the live quotes.


How did you do that? Please tell me...cos I'm a Mac User as well. Don't have IE here.

Yes, unfortunately, you have to use IE if you want live quotes. On Mac, you have to use Boot Camp in order for it to work.

Hello everyone, is there a solution to this to date for Mac? Tried all ways and i still can't. I'm just depending on the phone but i prefer the desktop

i'm on safari (macbook air 2020) and worked fine, bought my NASDAQ stocks on maybank global trading platform fine

Change another bank la, why so suffer?

Jus wondering if anyone has emailed maybank about this? Seems like no solution after years for the live quote for mac users.

you didn't ask when you signed up with MBB??

when I asked during my application, they said MAC users cannot. Maybe things have changed now.

Signed up many years ago before using mac.

I've asked my remisier a few months back but seems like no solution for mac, so I am thinking of sending an email directly to their customer service to see if they are going to have a solution or expect us to use the new interface, which can't load live quotes.

still no solution for this?
