Amway never set production figures or KPI. Amway never tell you to come to office every day 9 am and work to 9pm. You are free to work as you wish. It is your own business, Amway is just your supplier of goods and services.

Insurance is good and legitimate products for people.

That's the concept they want you to have - flexi working hour, they just a supplier etc and etc. (just think back how many time you had spend for this "business" compare to office kuli) technically this is not your business as you are not registered as a company, but Amway does, and, they do not need to hire ppl to fight sales for them, but pay little bit extra on commission to cover on employee expenses such as EPF, socso, benefit, medical, etc. they save up on people management as well - i dont need to track your sales AKA KPI, you want money, u go do sales, no minimum pay for you as well, which is a brilliant business strategic.

This is the differect way of viewing so called MLM type of business, so, go and fight for your "business"!!
