hi, can i know where to catch dratini around klang valley? is it possible or i'll need to go out from klang valley? is setia walk still a good place to hunt pokemons?

can anyone confirm frequent respawn of dratini at GM Klang Bukit Tinggi area? i heard people said there can catch around 20-30plus dratini.
