anyone can suggest nest for magikarp in putrajaya n cyberjaya area? spent 2 hours at Putra mosque today only catch 3. damn i need a few more for evolve

Cyberjaya lake (Jalan Persiaran Tasik). Not really a super nest, but does spawn.
If you are in the area, no harm driving by.

Dratini yes.. But spawn time not consistent. Lucky if can get one per visit.

Lapras... Sorry.. Not seen b4. Latest I've stayed is 630 and that was to catch charmanders.

anyone evolve magikarp b4? how to get good stats for gryados?

You need to catch a good stats (good IV) Magikarp if you want to evolve it into a good stats Gyarados. 400 Magikarp candy, pretty do-able if you camp at the right place.

Alternatively.. You can hatch a good iv magikarp from egg. But highest cp will be 150..100%. After evolve cp won't be great 15xx to 16xx only. Need to pump it up. Catching wild you might get very high cp magikarp with good iv.

If you never have a gyarados before, by all means evolve it. Or else if you have the chance, try catching CP200+ Magikarp instead. It'll evolve into CP2.2k Gyarados at least if I recall correctly.

Don't put too much hope into it, Gyarados is just a decent Pokemon. I got 4 Gyarados, 3 Hydro Pump & 1 Dragon Pulse.....hardly use them anymore. Vaporeon CP is higher than Gyarados & somehow a Slowbro destroys Dragonite better than Gyarados. Plus if your Magikarp evolves into Twisterdos = GGWP

i think someone who wants to catch magikarp can try to camp out at putra mosque, near the balcony facing the government departments offices not the istana pm. i catch like 10 magikarp in 1 hour tonight.

any nest in ss15 subang jaya? or subang parade? i might want to cath snorlaxx but it wont be that easy to find since the 3rd party map is down.

Agreed. I m not evolving anymore even with that many candies left (evolved 2 before this). my Slowbro is more useful. Using my stardust for other more worthy mons.

I also stop evolve magikarp after evolved 3 gyrados, currently have 3000+ candies
