I caught all my drowzee at Tanjong Harapan Port Klang.

Drowzee is all over at PD Waterfront.

So does shellder.

Last weekend, the spawn rate of Pikachu is higher than Taman Jaya. In fact, Raichu appeared too....

You have a better chance with shellders at the park in SS2's commercial area. At times 2 at the same time.

from my hunting lately...

seksyen 7 shah alam got snorlax spawning quite frequently
ponyta always appears in the early morning around shah alam
kabuto got couples at setiawalk
electrobuzz spawning at tasik shah alam. i jog 1 round and caught 3
mankey appears at seksyen 7 around unisel. once a week sure ade
ninetales caught at tesco shah alam
magnemites always at dataran kemerdekaan shah alam
venasaur at the front mbsa building

The park is small and shellers only spawn within the green patch area of the park, sometimes along the edge but not outside of it. Stay anywhere in the park and you'll be able to see sheller in your sightings when it appears, and then just move around a bit and you'll be sure to get them. Once again, it's a really small park. Spawns points are right below the gym, around the gym and the northern corner of the park. There's one right now at the northern corner of the park.
