VP means Vicious Project, a producer of conversion kits for Gundam kits (some of them SEED MGs for now). IIRC they are from CW (CORE-WOrKS), another producer of conversion kits for Gundam kits.

Alright, someone in 4chan was telling everyone, that the newer shipments of the MG AEUG Gundam Mark II Ver. 2.0 have the rotary waist like the Titans version now. Can anyone confirm this or not?

I'm talking about the newer shipments of the MKII AEUG 2.0, but since StormV have already answered the question, I guess case's closed.
