the rifles are the hardest part to paint for the SD SF =/ all molded in black.

i think artline wont stick and smudges easily...try using the pilot 0.1mm pen.

yeah you can, but the finish wont be as nice as modelling spray paints. the finish will be thicker, slightly rougher depending on your skill

it's not a FB stand...the FB Stand is equivalent to Bandai's Action Base.

the SF Full burst's stand is the same as the bandai action stand...the one with holes in the base for the dragoon option parts, whereas the 1/100 legend stand is just a plain stand, similar to the MG Wing Zero, but in nicer colours =)

option parts too weak? lol. try reinforcing it with cement? like...coating the whole thing with a few layers of cement to harden it
