Usually RMA it take about a month or 5~ 6 weeks, some worse it about 2 months. sweat.gif sweat.gif
best RMA i think is Intel bah.. last time i RMA less than 3 days i got it.
but heard that they change the RMA policy, it will take a week or twice.
Good luck bro.

FYI: MSI (high-end board) it sent back to TAIWAN and repair, my dealer told me, in malaysia they dont have parts to repair. sweat.gif sweat.gif

and we CANNOT listen what they promise. becoz they always give ZERO promise.

If the mobo die coz of bad flash it will die immediately during bad flash. Anyway, mine was running on Asus bios when it died. The Blackbird bios wont damage anything oso coz it is an Asus bios as well. It's a V5 bios. Very bad overclocking with that bios.

I registered that members thingy long time oredi, I dont see any benefits though.

u can check ur warranty status via login to the website?

the last i sent my asus board to warranty is last year April.
Something happened, and it was funny.
I send my P4P800 Deluxe board to warranty claims coz of using SATA HDD i cant login to windows.
While i using IDE it working fine.
After a month i got the board back, i checked, it was not the model that i give to them.
I asked them, they told me the board was obsolete. so they replace me the P4P800. sweat.gif
So i got no choice, force to accept it.
and after i run for 3 days, the board totally dead. cry.gif
it worst then b4.

My another asus board (low end edition), sent to warranty for 4~ 5th time, end up return a very old units and
it re soldering the chipest in.
I make a complaint, then wait another month, they sent me a brand new. (total time taken from warranty almost 6 months)

i got no idea why the warranty is like that. icon_question.gif
(may be someone who work at ASUS can explain to us) LOL

Well, I've put all that behind as I cudn be bothered to get all aggro over the RMA issue again. I've got a new mobo for King Kong now n will just get on with it n leave all the nightmare RMA issue behind. Just did a boot test with CPU, RAM n gfx installed n everything looks fine. Will get down to installing it n bringing King Kong back to life in the next few days. Once that's done, I can get down to starting up my Project GT40.

Gratz..
Small thing dont go for RMA, unless it KONG.
