i think yes, cuz most modding can only be done by modding files, for wordpress. i customized my side bar yesterday xD

If you wanna put own head picture or button/etc.
You have to host the files for picture or button/etc only.Then edit the template on the blog.

im not so good with CSS, they don't support html templates right?

Html and CSS play the important role.Not only css =/
Wait for more expert reply , i'm not really good at this thing yet.

i'm new here, also in blogging! for beginning, i use wordpress. anyone with me? but there's problem. might be silly problem wit u guys... y ah? when i upload my avatar(pic) trough wordpress, then there is notting change after all?

when you say you use wordpress, do you mean you use wordpress on your own site or are you referring to using the service provided by wordpress?
