Item being sold/bought: Laptop Lenovo Y50

Details of the complaint : So we have agreed to COD to buy the laptop and i offer him RM50 for deposit but he insist to ask for RM200.
Being a friendly buyer, i did transfer him RM200 but during the agreed date, he did not turn up and blocked me on whatsapp.
Furthermore he has closed the thread without any notice. I have given him 1 week to respond but he did not respond.
So I will file a report on him will all the evidence screenshot from whatsapp and bank transaction. Here are the proof.
To others forumer&moderator, please report on his id so no other people will be scammed. TQ

That is a samsung features on the latest model call capture mode. (I am using Galaxy S6, Android v6.0.1)
Basically where i press screenshot, there will be another button called "+Capture More",
so it will keep scrolling and capture the next chat.
