anyone that has been to Hakodate ? wanted to know if the local trams there are luggage friendly.. otherwise have to resort to alternative transport

just sharing my experience with SamuraiWifi (twice in fact)

I had rented their "unlimited RM20" package to Japan in 2 separated occasions and hit with their fair usage limit just not long after landing in Japan. Called them up to finally know that they have a hidden fair usage policy of 2GB per day which is IMHO a bit on the low side especially if you intend to share with a group of people.

The trouble I had to go through is to reach out to their support phone on daily basis just to get them to reset the line subscription which did not helped much either since the limit is still there.

Guess I would still rely better on renting with PuPuru or other local operators over there the next time

Definitely not unlimited as advertised.
