the last time i went it snows..on early feb 2015..

that time the local news are reporting like something big just happened..and the local told us we are lucky because we are able to witness snowing in tokyo.

because as sifu regent say...snowing in tokyo is rare
and to snow as early as november, even more rare

I've been surveying Tocoo, Europcar, Times, Orix, Tabarai, Nissan car. More or less approx 8200yen/day inclusive of full insurance, excluding petrol and tolls.

I plan to take a 5 day drive around Kii Peninsula. Hopefully worth the trip will be worth the money .
Anything to catch around there besides Matsusaka beef, Mie/Toba seafood?
