for yen~ was planning to exchange Yen and USD for my trip
Question: should i exchange more USD and when i am short of yen i can do exchange there? how is the exchange rate compare using RM and USD to Yen?  better?

reason: smaller note easier to travel..

1st week of April is a bit too early actually. Try 2nd week unless you plan on visiting the more southern side of Japan.
I was in Tokyo for 10 days from 2nd April. Less than half bloomed on the first week.
Can't say for sure since we can't predict 100% for next year tho..
