Not sure isit me; after the 30k service, my car responded better. Fuel consumption improved. CVT smoother, most importantly the CVT lag is greatly reduced. Seriously. Does it mean Proton has already the solution for our CVT lag?? Anyone can confirm on this??

Seriously. Does it mean Proton has already the solution for our CVT lag?? Anyone can confirm on this?? Maybe because of placebo effect. I just service my car yesterday, maybe because of fresh new EO and high tyre pressure. When I get home and check, my tyres are 36psi, no wonder car feel light and responsive. |

QUOTE(selipars @ Mar 13 2017, 09:13 AM) The SA quite friendly, and most important is because of didn't add all the unnecessary stuffs. Granted there are things like fuel injector cleaner or such, but they still do service according to booklet. I called proton edar to quote for 30k service is about rm500 because they insist to do aircond maintainance. End up service at CKL for ard 400 (if u reject the add on maybe ard 360). But do give them a call to ask for price before u go. I dn usually go authorised sc because 1 of them ask me to change CVT oil at 20k. So i would suggest u do ur homework first before going to avoid kena con. |

Anyone can confirm on this?? can know what you guys service/changed during 30k service?do you mind sharing or listing down the items? im due for 30k in May, but the thing is my mileage is around 15k km only.. Yes, very low mileage. So i'm wondering if I need to follow 30k service items strictly (i.e. change spark plugs, etc etc) or SC would allow to do normal servicing only.. |
