I see everyone in the gym, the users, the trainers all taking protein shake, den macam on steriods, got big big muscles and nice body


i train as hard as them but nothing visible showing

Are you getting stronger?

If no then you are not doing hard enough. Not eating enough. Not resting enough.

If you are getting stronger, you will get bigger, in time

Getting big is not about training hard only.
It's about training smart.
By that I mean you have to know exactly what you are doing.

Growing muscle and getting big in itself is already a long and tedious process even if you're doing all the right things and eating all the right food.
Just imagine if you're not doing it right....you won't be getting the results sat all.

Haha. Training for a month, doing bro splits, eat as little as my 2 year old little girl, sleep at 3 am, then say no results. You need to up your ante.

how long have u started ur gym training? u should see it by 3-6 months .n of course proper training,resting and technique is needed .

My advise to beginners and intermediates is to read more about what exactly are the results you're expecting and how to reach your goals.
By not arming yourself with these knowledge you're leaving things(your results) up to chances.

take more protein and make sure your diet is clean, food is the main supplements as well train hard.
