Your result doesn't suck. Usually these kind of results will result (ha) in >7As so don't worry since Malaysia's education system is fucked up anyway.
My advice to you is:

SPM is just an exam, 5As, 7As full As, all don't matter. When you get into uni you'll know how shitty and useless SPM is.
SPM is just useful when you die die want to get into government uni and you're a non-bumi.

About yourself, why are you limiting yourself to what your mom wants? Your mom is not gonna be here forever you know, what is your passion? What is your interest? If you're into business, take business course. Aviation? Go fly. Never, ever let your parents decide what to study for you. They'll brag oh my son/daughter studying dentistry padahal their children has zero interest at all, on the verge on suicide.

I've got a course mate, whom I know is studying business related degree. She wanted to be an air traffic controller very badly. Her parents said no, must die die take business/finance related subjects because they say so.
She's not happy, never happy, struggling with studies, gets sick often.

Is it worth it? Not to me.
If I've got a child, he/she wants to be footballer I also let them go.
