I have a quotation from one of the roof specialist:
1) Polycarbonate (Sukoya) 1/4" x 1/4" - RM22psf, add on RM200 per pillar 2) Glass (10.38mm) - RM48psf for clear color, 50psf for color glass Is this price reasonable? |

QUOTE(echoesian @ Sep 26 2016, 12:25 AM) I have a quotation from one of the roof specialist: dun go for polycarbonate. it will leak after a year or two. its also very noisy when raining.1) Polycarbonate (Sukoya) 1/4" x 1/4" - RM22psf, add on RM200 per pillar 2) Glass (10.38mm) - RM48psf for clear color, 50psf for color glass Is this price reasonable? backyard roofing using glass is such a waste of money. nobody will ever sees it. normal roof tile will be best choise as it can block sun light and lower noise when raining. really. |

QUOTE(echoesian @ Sep 28 2016, 12:40 AM) just install two lights will be sufficient for 100sqft.u can have better solutions but this suggestion is more cheap n practical. if u doubt, pls go visit other houses. go see the old polycarbonate and tell me how many houses will install grass roof at the backyard out of 50 houses. sorry if the way i say it too harsh but i really sincere about my comment. |
