If i remember correctly, when i registered at Tien Hou temple in 2011, they got asked us to do sumpah for certain documents which i cant remember d.....they will tell u the procedures as to wat to do where to go...so quite simple...I am wondering if the ROM can be done at JPN Putrajaya on Sunday.
