How's the ping? First time planning to get battlefield.

Not laggy right? I got TM streamyx 10mbps and time 300 mbps.

are you sure? because they have only japan server for asia right now. The ping to japan is 100 -150.

so far no problem i use vip20

im sure.. i use japan and aussie server no problem
lowest is japan 27 only

Aussie servers ping between 100-200 for me,

Jap servers around 50-90 ping.

Acceptable for me so far especially Jap severs.

On a side note, I'm addicted to the theme song.

I listen to it every morning on my drive to work. The ending brass line is just so epic. Bf 1942 and 1943 themes are equally good, but the ending brass line for bf1 really seals it for me.

At first I thought I got "20ms", but if you look carefully again in the scoreboard.

If you are getting "120ms", the "1" actually hidden in the signal bar. So people could misunderstand it as "20ms".

one of the purchase that I don't regret to buy especially pre-order. don't disappoint of the complete package of this latest battlefield.

New to battlefield series , sometimes its so hard to spot enemy.. any ideas to improve?

Normal spotting, press 'Q' button on your keyboard when you see enemy to make them appear on the map.

What class are you playing?

If play as scout/sniper, they have flare/flash gun; shot in the air near enemy and they will appear on the map. Flash gun will spot AND blind all people in the area. Remember that the ammo is limited to only 2 so use it wisely or have support drop ammo near you.
When leveled up, scout can have binocular to spot from super long distance but you still need to press 'Q' button to spot them/make them appear on the map.

Other class can only use normal spot.

Watched Jackfrags' video on sweet spot and suddenly I'm raking in 20+ kills quite often now. Really need to know which rifle is suited for which kind of encounter you are facing.

So satisfying to pull off all those kills
