Streaming youtube speed slow?

Has anyone above the 10mbps managed to achive steaming speed higher than 10mbps (1000KBps) ?
I switched on the stats and tried out 4k to bring out it's full potential only to see it reached 1000KBps only. I have to use IDM to download it only can reach 18mbps. |
