Hi!
I need help/opinion about my 30mbps unifi which i just installed two days ago. I noticed that webpages load very slowly. However, speedtest download/upload speeds look ok as attached screenshot. Notes on the screenshot:
1) The first line is my celcom mobile data
2) All those on 4-6th october is my unifi
3) September data is unifi at my sister's house

The only difference I can see between my unifi and the mobile data & unifi at my sister's house is my ping value is very low (5-7 vs >10). I asked tm & they said to off and on my modem & router, but after doing that, i still have the same problem. What do you guys think? Is there something wrong with my unifi? Your help/ advice is appreciated

Thank you
Regards,

How is the page load when you are on LAN line?

Try downloading "wifi analyzer" on your phone and detect the best channel to use.

Then test it again.

VeeJay, thank you for your reply

This is my report when using LAN:

Is bufferbloat 'C' normal?

This is my speed report when using wifi:

Bufferbloat can't be computed at all when on wifi.

Also, when I run dslreport on my phone, it said, 'bufferbloat testing disabled due to high latency of 1353ms'

Is my wifi router the problem here?

Appreciate for your advice

Thank you
Regards,

Just want to update on my unifi problem. A technician came today, & he disabled my ipv6, & now, webpages load normally. He said ipv6 is not implemented well so far worldwide, so, it is not just TM problem. I guess as long as webpages load fast, I am satisfied smile.gif
