read closely, it said for the RM149 5Mbps package only brows.gif

1) to upgrade that 5Mbps to 10 Mbps - mostly done if not all, so by next yr easily doable
2) to double the speed and decrease price for that particular package in 2 yrs, wait slow slow la

I hope so too, but looking at last yr budget - RM60 for 1Mbps (look at what "brilliant" package TM came out with)
also http://www.thestar.com.my/news/nation/2016...rage-and-speed/, the aim is only 20Mbps, so work out the math, 5Mbps x 2 = 10 Mbps next yr, times 2 again in two yrs = 20 Mbps rclxms.gif
It's also weird to touch on this rm149 5Mbps which no longer available for general subscription

knowing TM, double your speed should be doable for all packages, but price reduce by 50% hmm.gif hmm.gif

most ppl here got FREE upgrade from VIP5 to VIP10 dy, including me, whether will free upgrade again to ADV30 next yr totally no idea
but for you to add RM10 to upgrade to VIP10 with free upgrade to ADV30 next yr hmm.gif , get them to email you in black and white if you want to go ahead with it

Yup, so if any of you got a free upgrade from vip5 or whatever to advance 30, something along those lines, you aren't eligible for anything else. That's what the customer service is telling me.

i received my free upgrade from VIP5 to VIP10 in May 16
yet i still received that email from TM, so hopefully totally phase out VIP plans and all gets at least Unifi 30 rolleyes.gif
