I just received a call from TM and they offered me 50Mbps for RM 219 with no contract refresh. May I know how much you guys pay for 50Mbps (curious)? BTW I rejected the offer.

TM always treat existing loyal customer as water fish, I got another two streamyx account with 4Mbps rm140 per month. And few month ago, they introduced new package 8Mbps cost rm 140 monthly also. I complained to them but nothing change as well. The reason they gave me was only for new customers, existing customer cannot choose to upgrade it and offer me 8Mbps rm150. I straight told them if I accept it mean I am a fool. Really sick of their marketing.
