I am having bad request time out. Not sure my pc problem, router problem or unifi problem.

I received a call fr Unifi asking to top up additional $20/ mth to enjoy 30mb. I'm on 5mb plan now. So good to be true? Pay additional $20 & get xtra 25mb/ mth???

Didnt bother about call rate, video stuff etc. I only use Unifi for broadband thats all.

I upgraded from 5 mbps to 10 mbps previously ...
Was surprised to see 30 mbps suddenly

New package may be out soon after budget. No one know... .

new installed or new upgrade or few month already? if new normally there is duty stamp RM10... you can check your billed, usually all itemised will be there....

I'm now paying RM 179 for my 30Mbps, if after this budget and they do something for the lower packages with much lower price, I will make sure to report this MCMC.
Not my first time though. Last time we were the earliest batch paying RM 199 during their secret roll out and after officially launched it was reduced to 179, complained to MCMC and got mine reduced back to 179.

Used to but they removed it after few months. Not an issue for me because I never even had my phone installed. I asked the guy to remove it after he tested.

ya official now for all new subscriber.

practically its like rm149 for 30mbs +rm30 for mandatory hypptv pack = rm179

BUT....they will minus out your dect phone and free call rm20

What i know unifi promotion based on 1st quater, 2nd quater & so on in a year. Is it possible if currently subscribe 199 or somekind of promotion before then want to change to latest/new promotion package? Assume same speed package.

Once it goes official and advertised on their website, you can complain to MCMC. They deal with such case quite fast and will act on it.

I'm sure if you go to TM, they will not allow because it's promo and blah blah. After they tell you this, then complain to MCMC.

If I get a new 802.11ac dual band router from TM technician to replace my RG4332 router, can I connect to the 5ghz Wi-Fi spectrum using my wireless N 300 receiver without dual band or do I have to get a new receiver?

yes you can as ac router not just ac type only, it support other types also like n, b and g.... and likely support 5ghz band also...
