Because TM provide free call to fixed line and state that RM0.10 to mobile phone. If you want IDD call to international then subscribe RM20

Submitted online on 1st of Nov... Received call from TM to verify information and read me tnc... after that keep kacau them installation on 14 Nov. But there miss it after that 15 Nov completed

But I really did that 3days ago. Because no installer come on appointment date. I call them every 1hr but no action taken. In the end I contact a installer and done on next morning.

So I contact installer and gv him my order id... he assign himself to my order. Then I finish installed TM call me to inform still dont have installer... hahahaha... I told him I done installed.
