** you can detach the white cable from wall socket to BTU..if installer do not ask for it, just keep it , let them instal new one..the old one can keep as spare 

Just remove the Fiber cable from the back of the BTU, no need to cabut the Fiber cable on the wall

You don't have to take any Fiber cable with you at all

1. BTU & AC Adaptor
2. Router & AC Adaptor
3. HyppTV, HyppTV Remove & AC Adaptor
4. DECT phone, ADSL cable & AC Adaptor
5. Some Ethernet cable (I prefer to use new units whenever I relocate to new place)

Just tell him/her that TM do that to install UniFi lor

I just received a call from TM and they offered me 50Mbps for RM 219 with no contract refresh. May I know how much you guys pay for 50Mbps (curious)? BTW I rejected the offer.

Guys, I'm planning to upgrade my current VIP5 to the new 30Mbps package. Is there anyway to actually remove the hypptv from the package? I just hate hypptv as I don't use it so it's kinda a waste for me

Just let us remove the HyppTV Package.... It is lousy! Paying RM31.80 monthly (with GST summore....!!!) is like "sedekah tak ikhlas" to TM! Forcing us to pay lousy HyppTV service is like "menyelamatkan seseorang dalam organisasi TM - Siapakah "ketua" HyppTV di TM....?".

I would rather pay RM51/month for NetFlix Premium service

read closely, it said for the RM149 5Mbps package only 

1) to upgrade that 5Mbps to 10 Mbps - mostly done if not all, so by next yr easily doable
2) to double the speed and decrease price for that particular package in 2 yrs, wait slow slow la

-.-......Which mean TM will start to enforce the quota system soon.......I rather have unlimited data with 5Mbps than 20Mbps with 65GB quota (download + upload)

So far UniFi benchmarks has been all about penetration rate and minimum package speed.

they received a huge backlash when they wanted to implement....which was then delayed and never heard of it anymore

i dont think those low speed package such as VIP5,10,20 is susceptible to FUP anymore.

if they really want to implement FUP, 30/50/100mbps is the 1 

also....they have track of everysingle user data usage. be4 the free upgrade to 10mbps, some agent called me ask me whether i want to upgrade to 10mbps package by just adding rm10 and i say no plus not much people using.......then he hantam me bek saying system shows that your monthly data usage chalk up as much as 200gb++ on this 5mbps and you sure dont1 to upgrade?
