hi guys....my current unifi contract had ended....30mbps still rm229 per month....so can i go terminate it and apply the cheaper one?? or 50mbps?

Advance 30 was just introduced last year and your contract already ended?

i got this 30 free upgraded from 10mbps last time.....
so i assume the contract is follow the 10mpbs one....

Free upgrade no refresh of contract (in my case my 5 upgrade to 10) as it was not requested by us.

But 10 free upgrade was to 20, not 30 (if I'm not mistaken la)....

The TM speedtest always shows a much higher speed compared to the one on the other speedtest sites.

5,10,20 is like 1 group

30,50,100 is like another group 2

upgrade within group no refresh contract.

upgrade outside group,refresh contract.

Nope. Refreshed.

No la. Free upgrade from VIP to VIP yes, VIP to Advance no, will refresh.

I think still have to wait for 2 years of subcription for termination ..... advance 30 is still a year rolling....

TM just want to terminate VIP users.... i envy them because they can avoid subcribing for hypptv (THE VIP users)... but still 30mbps is still alot.... yay me

My suggestion better not terminate... wait for their offer promo from their telemarketer.....

Anyone facing this prob when eventhough u have a solid 28-30mbps line but YouTube still defaults to 720p? Damn annoying have to switch to 1080p manually on each and every video

nope...my auto plays at 1080p

How about on phones? I have no problem on PC's but on phones it will go to 720p only

Just tested on a phone...it seem to play at lower resolution...hmmm, probably thats how phone defaults to...further reading here

um.. i got Free upgrade from VIp10-->30. but is not refresh..is free upgrade...
because i don't have contract anymore..so tm sales person said..i can terminate anytime .

Good for you but you didn't get it last year right? Last year no such thing.

i think last year got. last year they called me.same no contract but no more free call. then i reject . this year they called again but with free call . then i accept. the amount remain same + no contract.
