You can read about it Discord. Yes, it is similar to steam friend but enables voice chat in games, linking up people for games, discussion, hangout place and so on.

but seriously, the connection last weekend is like pundek. i dont know whether it is server problem or isp problem

i only managed to play 3 games in 2 hours with another friend because we kept dc, cant even set up the party properly

probably ur ISP. I am on TIME and it was smooth for me
