my wife's apple ID get blocked due to security issues. now i need the proof of purchase to get it unlocked.

possible to get it from Maxis ? since i bought the phone 2-3 years back ...had email to them before heading to KLCC maxis center but seems no reply..gonna pay a visit to there then..
