I get level 30 cp level 2 facing west. Sad thing is only 1cp. Wondering why others can have 2cp. Asked developer but no more cp for sale.

Huh? Can I still buy? Who is the right person to refer to? Answer from developer this morning is all unit already fixed with designated cp cannot top up additionally.

i think people who get the unit should keep it whatever lvl and facing area.
I couldnt predict the future house price will be, assume rumawip is the lowest at the moment, dont put in selangorku or Johor mampu milik.
for KL area, a swimming pool could shoot up to 300k per unit.
for 198k unit, i dont think it can stay for another 2 years or after election with this price, and of course the distance to LRT rampai, even travel by car also very near to kl centre.
dont expect lower house price, because gov wont "tolong" u like PP1M, or those who sewa with gov apartments at a very very low price, they only focus more on gov servant.
now is the lowest available advantage for us from the gov, better take it. If economy worsen, rumawip unit price might increase, or no people want to work with gov to built low cost houses already. Sometimes if we are in dilemma, we can refer to those who are already living for many years in their life, 40+ 50+, because they experience regret and success in their life, they know what is good what is bad.

Dont give up about ur unit. Current flat at wangsa maju around 180k-240k.

It's flat yaw. No designated parking. This is current market.

Yours is 198k will be vp 2020.

Dont bother about ur high level CP.

Go for it.
