well... for those who really wanted to own properties at those price... we cant say kv property overall are not unsustainable... but for property at certain price level might be unsustainable... for properties range from 300k to 500k... the demands are still there... price will be quite sticky on that part... but anything after that range... supply more than demand... hence u see... those properties with 600k above price tag moving so slow... even completed the construction, developers units still available... especially those condo at the slightly outskirt area....In the long term, residential property price grow at about inflation rate.
