well... for those who really wanted to own properties at those price... we cant say kv property overall are not unsustainable... but for property at certain price level might be unsustainable... for properties range from 300k to 500k... the demands are still there... price will be quite sticky on that part... but anything after that range... supply more than demand... hence u see... those properties with 600k above price tag moving so slow... even completed the construction, developers units still available... especially those condo at the slightly outskirt area....

Going back to what I said earlier, actual BMW will not drop to proton price but those proton that are being marketed and sold at BMW price will.

The reality is that a lot of protons are now being sold at BMW price and BMW being sold at lambo price. That's the issue.

Conlanfirm won't la, klcc and golden triangle area won't drop until 300k. Dream also won't happen, unless it's those 20yr old studio less than 500sq feet.

3r 2b and above max also...400k for those super old 20yr + leasehold condo, those less than 10 years old leasehold 500k, freehold nothing will go less than 600k.

For those well built and maintained freehold, max drop to 800k. Luxury condo will still be 1 mil + minimum.

But outside of golden triangle, a lot of those 600— 800k will drop by 30—60% (coz these are protons being sold for BMW) prices. Maybe areas like pj town center and damansara town center can maintain la, but the rest will drop.

Wah...bearbear you start to learn. Many DDD here like icemanfx always thought a person only can buy 1 property in his lifetime. That makes him very jittery to make the decision. Hence he has to time the market to perfection. He will keep on waiting and waiting....at the end, kosong...

Sad but true. Government also encourage that. Because they can get more money from there as well. Saying no will also affect the economy of property industries. See those famous property developer, now mostly targeting foreigner and rich people. I wonder if there's quota on selling this to foreigner or not.
