Nowadays ATM cards can be used as Debit Card dy. So is there any difference with Debit Card nowadays? Want to apply Maybank Aspire Visa since no annual fees, but don't know if there's any advantage over ATM card.

And also for the banks with basics savings account without annual fee. It's said that free 8 ATM withdrawals, RM0.50 per withdrawal after that. But is it 8 ATM withdrawals from opening of account to forever or free 8 ATM withdrawals per month?
