Hi. I recently developed my film and noticed the image turned out with speckles on it. i don't know but it looks like a whole lot of organisms or microbacteria culture infested the pictures.
Is this considered at scratch?if not, whats the cause of this larvae like effect on my pictures? i developed my first film elsewhere, turned out fine.
excuse the underexposed image tho.

looks like lint and specs of dust. most likely it got on to the negatives or the film processing device/components (including scanner) is dirty.
