Just get new replacement of my Note 7 yesterday at Singapore Suntec, very efficient. It took me less than 15 mins for the entire process.
I was allowed to retain every accessories from the old Note 7 including S-pen. Compensated with so-so quality of screen protector, Cash Voucher S$30 and an apologies letter. |
