i surrender to SME service center. i bought my phone from YES. don't bother to contact YES as their SC totally can't use. No respond to my email at all. so i call SME hotline and talk to them. so i surrender my phone and everything. waiting for them to refund me the $ 

I think I've highlighted earlier on, from my conversation with SME CS rep at the Gardens that there would be limited stocks would be available. It should be available one to one basis, unless some opted for different centres to exchange which make things more complex.
