Courts informed me that I could exchange the phone at any Samsung service center. He said is so because they failed to contact me through phone few days back  and arrangements to specific Courts branch already made. I will need to bring the whole box and purchase receipt. As for the accessories I need to ask the service center. I had sold my phone to my Malacca friend and he had already made an exchange report at Malacca Samsung Service center in the early days of this problem. I hope he will have a smooth exchange. Exchange start on 30 Sept onwards.
He doesn't mind if the accessories are taken back and a new set is given
