It would be probably beneficial to everyone here (or at least some) that if you're posting about your exchange you could add in details like

Exchanged at [specify which branch/location]
Accessories kept - Yes/No
If kept, including s-pen? Yes/No
Anything extra? - Apparently cookies from YES.

I actually called CS and the person i spoke to (Shel, or Shal, something like that) was VERY adamant about returning the FULLSET. Gave up.

KIES on PC, or alternatively through recovery - power down, vol up+home+power

at your own risk, of course. KIES is safer. Got option to emergency reload rom

Yes 1u takes from New box what is missing from old box. Wtf. Didn't realise my usbc adapter was not in there, so they took it from the new box.

Am at Samsung itself now, there is an SME guy here, I've done my complaint to him, waiting for a call from someone in SME.

For those that exchange their sets with YES, I suggest you go to the Samsung store to voice your complaint that YES is keeping the accessories and replacing what's missing from your old box from the new box. Apparently all SES stores have an SME person onsite to facilitate complaints and requests.

I had a very good experience with the SME person in the 1U SES store. His name is Yip Wah, and I suggest that you speak to him about your situation with YES.

The SME guy at the Samsung store gave me the accessories, likely from a returned set where the previous owner was not keen on keeping everything.

YES 1u took everything, and by an honest mistake, i did not put my USBC adapter inside, so they took it from the new box, to be put into the old box. The way the guy said that was extremely rude. That was when i lost it.

I did not bother with asking about registration etc, i will rather deal with Samsung myself on that. When i first collected the phone in August, a week later I went to the Samsung service center to register the extended warranties, I was told that my unit had not been registered with them yet, and it was YES' responsibility to do so. That's why I didn't bother this round to ask about it.

Same here, first and only time I will ever deal with YES. Horrible, horrible experience.

On another Note (ahem), I didn't realise how much I missed this phone. Leagues above my Note 5. Happy.
