if really lost the adapter or cable then work it out with SME, not to take advantage of it and keep bashing here. for the sack or extra spen and and cable or charger, waste all your time trying your tricks and excuse with SME. or better next time buy from SG for the after sale service, they earn sgd we earn rm.

im looking forward to android 7 release on note 7, like it on the stock 6p , nasib havent sell off but i think will keep for longer time now.

Buy later also scare is refurbish unit.
Loan phones give anything below note 7 value & spec also salah.
Inform you stop using also susah, didn't inform also salah.
Mal not follow sg procedure pun salah.

only solution for you is to Refund the phone and case closed.

Read the same XDA post on FB, tons of user saying their unit have no problem after exchange and no regret.

this kind of ethics - selling fake to cust but telling them is original, that cause the phone to spoil or explode

Aeon Mlk Samsung also split into few session. At first they told me to go on sun or Mon. I understand it will b crowded & jam , but it was kinda too slow & late for me, then appointment made on 4-7pm at the end

Exchange done at Samsung aeon MLK just now 5.30pm.
Brought all accessories along, they gave back all to keep except spen, no question ask. *Thumbs up
Black colour date is 0923. They issued a new receipt today date.
Came with green icons when switch on for the first time.
Same got the free tg, didn't apply, didn't do any data transfer.
2 staffs kept explaining things and smooth procedure.
Overall good job and I'm pleased.

Was informed that the screen crack warranty starts on 6 Oct.
Received SMS for the device imei and 1 yr warranty period till 28/09/17.
