Yes email me to exchange but they need all the accessories. Unlucky me. I thought they can replace with phone and Box only. 😭😭😭😭

Just contact YES about the exchange accessories. They confirm can bring only phone and Box. Got the info from samsung themself. Lucky to all YES buyer. 🤗🤗🤗🤗

Yesterday i went to YES for exchange but they won't allowed of box and phone only. I'm very furious and angry since samsung already given that as complimentary to customer. Plus have check with YES they said can bring phone+box only .

I take back my older phone. YES Exchange form and straight go away. Cakap tak serupa bikin.

Today they call me and said can bring phone+box only .

Very angry. This information delivery process should be upgrade if not customer will be the victim
