Just make up some story that the dealer got no good reason to refuse the replacement. They have no right to reject the replacement. They are just there to facilitate the replacement on Samsung HQ's behalf.

I just got my exchange unit at The Mines. Bring the rm39 SP to ask for help in sticking it. But, nobody able to help in last. Now, the phone is charging, but can feel the phone body is quite warm(no WiFi, no data, no play it while charging), is it normal? Very sensitive now. Haiz.  And, anyone can help to tell how to check the manufacturing date for device?

Does anyone realise the S Pen clicky button wiggle? Like very loose and wanted to break from the pen.
