I got call from Samsung today. they ask me to come to do exchange for my note 7 on 4 oct due to stock issue. I told them my unit is having serious bootloop and when charge hp become so hot until almost want to explode. u ask me to come next week hah?

then they ask me to walk in Samsung outlet anytime from tomorrow onward.

I like the tempered glass feeling, but the sensitivity of the screen is a big turn off. Going to clear coat soon

N7 standby time not so good i would say. Went to bed at 12am at around 55%. Woke up 7am battery left 48%. Wifi on 5Ghz. My previous S7e drop only 2 to 3% overnight

Anyone know where selling note 7 lens cover? Come with tele and wide angle lenses one.

there are reasons to cause battery to overheat... design and/or manufacturing issues can cause the battery to get easily heated up.

in the past, its been said that battery capacity was too big to be physically crammed into the "small" slot in the phone body. this might give pressure to the battery. plus, in a crowded train, it is easier to get hot. so, no different with the phone. if everything crammed tightly together, then well...

of course i'm going to get "flamed" for the above...

seriously tho, if all these events caused samsung to give up on the note line, it  will make for a poorer android ecosystem.

for me i will continue to use the n7 la..until confirmed have to return. my own reading of the cases so far, i think still relatively safe for me to use. sometimes life is about probabilities. of course, everyone should make their own decisions based on their circumstances.

when did it ever happen that android based smartphone has any good resell value apart from iphone?

same news, so sad, this phone is so beautiful, but can't take the risk as this replacement unit is just weeks only already happened even phone off 

Some Note 7 reviews did show that there's not much difference between QHD & FHD in term of battery drain. IINM, it's like 5-6% difference only.
