Is not about generous high class or what shit. Is the problem with local dealer. If we don't return complete set, they wont allow for replacement.
By the way, i walk in 2 different dealer in Penang. 1 in gurney paragon 1 in gurney plaza. Both of them INSIST receipt and full box with charger, cable, usb connector, earphone.
Yes you can create your own story like you lost this and that, then good for you. smile.gif

We all bought the phone through pre-order as we were very satisfied with our past experiences with the Note series.

In the lighter note of things, cant wait for Thursday!

The reason why we keep posting about the same issue is because people are spreading misleading information. THERE IS TERMS AND CONDITION WRITTEN BLACK AND WHITE CLEARLY BY SAMSUNG.
Replacement Conditions: Customers are required to bring the full box set including a charger and cable; headset and USB Connector
LOCAL DEALER WILL ALWAYS HAVE THE RIGHT TO REJECT YOUR EXCHANGE.
We all can expect 29/9 will be very jam and a lot of hassle. And what if the local dealer refuse to accept exchange because of some idiots refuse to return complete set and keep argue that SME live chat people told him can keep accessory la, SC people say can la or what shit. Wouldn't it make the queue a lot worse?

Do not apply tempered glass on Note 7 or any phone with curve screen (s7 edge). You will regret. If free then ok, if not better save your money and go for normal screen protector.
The touch screen become very unresponsive. You have to tap the screen very hard instead of normal touch.

Don't freak yourself out. There is a setting for auto restart to keep your device running at its optimal stage
Go settings > General Management > Reset > toggle off the "auto restart" function.

I think it is better to factory reset on that day in front of them if this really happen. Saw quite a few number posted this issue before. Especially singapore.

I don't know about other dealer but in gurney paragon penang, where i bought my N7, they allow to transfer your old N7 to new N7 on the spot when we go for exchange. However, it is depend on the queue whether they have enough personnel or not. So 1 of the guy suggest me if i want to direct transfer he ask me to come other day after 29/9.

Those who gonna exchange at Gurney Paragon Penang tomorrow, please take note as they just call me.
They split customer into 3 batch
1st batch 10am - 1pm
2nd batch 2pm - 5pm
3rd batch 6pm - 9pm

Requirement: MUST bring receipt, full box phone with EVERYTHING inside the box include charger, usb-c adapter, cable, earphone

3 hours using since exchange. Recharge it to 100% using fast charging. No overheat, no bootloop, no restart. Work like a beast. However, the free tempered glass is a joke haha. Already peel off because keep typing error. RM39 normal screen protector no stock they told me.

Ya i have nothing to say but only praise for their kind and patient service. They let us transfer from old device to new one. No cut queue or anything. My exchange process take me around 30 minutes due to smart switch a lot of apps. Need some time.
