the KWRC in kuantan is doing way better sales than Timor Bay

my fren working in OSK.... saying this project failed big time.... location and concept doesnt worth the price.... the only good thing is that it is freehold....

Why? Too far from town? Or near to those bauxite mining storage sites? You know, those red dusts...

Or this beach is a dead spot?

beach not really dead spot.... but not really attractive.... far from town is the main one.... not reli near to bauxite sites... but consider as the closer one... if wanna invest in kuantan, KWRC is better in term of location and pricing and package.... and also support from government... with huge township masterplan.... albeit its leasehold the only disadvantage....

for own weekend home... i think its fine... for investment... with better chances of rent out.... kwrc better choice.... as kuantan weekend always flooded with peoples coming from north.... terengganu kelantan those.... of cuz they prefer closer to town and also the sea.... enjoy both at the same time in a short weekend....

Osk does deliver what they show in brochure, but poor workmanship. Building not properly painted, uneven wall almost everywhere, no quality control on the building material, water leaking issue +++. I own one of osk property.

Hi, lets just focus on this project rather than checking on the other project. Different project are different contractor appointed for the job.

Most of the Resort2, Hotel2 initially from PJD Development. OSK Property has acquired them for the passed 2 years. So i guess, PJD quality still good.

Have you stayed in any Swiss garden resort/hotel? go and check it out. its actually, well planned and good architecture.

p/s, im not from civil background, cant elaborate more on the overall plan.

Looking at d picture, architecturally, they've wasted d seaview position...

I think the layout (U shape) is fine rather than their built it horizontally.

They further refine their balcony for the intermediate units to have scope abit for better viewpoint. Only type C1 get nothing, facing Jalan Berserah.

about lynas or bauxite issues..?

I have two mates who bought units at the swiss residence. One has had good experience, no issues with workmanship and finishing. The other one wasnt as lucky as he had cracked wall. But the management rectified the issue and it has been settled.

Anyone knows when Block B will be open for registration?
