my fren working in OSK.... saying this project failed big time.... location and concept doesnt worth the price.... the only good thing is that it is freehold....

i think Timur Bay is a potential investment... New announcement by Government a potential to long term rent.. the best part it can become vacation home... with AirBnB a potential to short term rent
