How the residents there ? Do they take care the facilities n behave by not throw rubbish not ?

Very long time dint visit wotp , Once got key rent out after 3 month

Ya ... maintenance rm700 for 2100sqft
really have to think twice before deal

Although is kinda expensive than other condo nearby
But many those condo don’t have huge green area
So it’s worthy pay little bit more n get more outdoor
Space

Pro n con of dibs

This policy is abused by certain group
Cloud tree I feel little bit pack
The buildings orientation is extended to setback
There don’t have a large space at the grand entrance

I’m not mean the units per floor ..
4 units per floor is very good .
The pool building too close to the boundary
The pool located st upper level
. This type of orientation like typical condo
Which have limited land for facilities

Location is very good
Less than 5 mins drive can reach hopital , jusco , aeon big , commercial Center ( cheras trade , c180 ) and
Hussain onn lake
Also easy connectivity to len seng / Connaught / Alam Damai / bmc
Not wrong this place is less foreigner walking on street right

U mean from silk highway enter impian Ehsan then straight to jade hill ?

Wat r the benefit to chess selatan ppl ?
Would it cause more congested along silk highway ?

But cheras selatan ppl less benefit go to jade hill side
Some more many Eaton student change to tenby as they offer cheaper fee

Tenby in eco hill
Eaton jack up the fees so parents change their kids to Tenby eco hill
Wotp , do they frequent do forging ?

Road leading to JH frequent flood when heavy rain
So parents prefer drive far abit with smooth highway to reached ecohill
