Most convenient and also save your time if you work at morning

It's early morning so just eat light food. No need to eat those heavy foods

Thank you so much bro ! biggrin.gif rclxms.gif

Tuna and chicken are those cans 1 right? Healthy meh? hmm.gif

Hi
Yes, for canned tuna, get the one that is in brine (not the one mixed w mayo).
What I do is just mix the tuna w some lemon juice, that's all.
You can add tomato, cucumber etc if u want.

As for chicken, I usually use leftover grilled or roasted chicken (w/o the skin)

My favourite pre workout meal. Peanut butter banana sandwich.

PB banana sandwich is yummy.
Drizzle honey or melted choc and it becomes a dessert for me! drool.gif biggrin.gif

Just make sure you feel energetic prior to the gym.

If you're weak, lazy, dizzy, headache...then eat and/or drink something.

Drink plenty of water between workouts.

Eat with scramble egg also can. If you rajin, go make some homemade tuna with greek yogurt, keep in fridge. cool2.gif
So every morning just eat the bread with some tuna spread. gooding thumbup.gif

You can consider below common breakfast as heavy, and only start your gym session after 2 hours at least:
-Roti Canai double
-coconut rice/ all rice
-noodles

If you training after having these, when you burping, that pedas effect on your throat, perghh shakehead.gif

All the best!

"Oh, someone told me this vegetable oil spread is healthier compared to butter or something. SO he is right i think. "

In the blue box it proudly boldly says "HYDROGENATED" It would be banned in New York City public food shops!

Long time already research shows excess blood cholesterol not from food and furthermore real natural fats are good for health.

A little bit of transfat is OK. If you put a cm layer on your bread daily or make cake with it then after years of that, it may not be good. Just don't go crazy eating any particular type, especially sugar and other carbs.

The whole cholesterol thing is full of controversy. Try to Youtube "cholesterol myth" and take a look,

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QsvnP1V5m6U

but be careful not to believe any of the suggested "cures" until you thoroughly understand what the experts are talking about. You must find something that fits your own situation, that fits into your long-term lifestyle.

@Mas Oops my bad. I didn't read carefully. it says NON- hydrogenated.
However, some types of those also not so good, maybe naturally saturated, same as hydrogenated but not done artificially.

BTW, my own experience is that I do better, more comfortable workouts before eating a full meal! Lots of non-sugary liquids, if can't stand it, maybe a few nuts or an egg, spoon of yoghurt, small portion of protein powder. One, not all of those!

Sorry, i missed this post.

Thank you so much again for the videos and the advice. biggrin.gif Now I am planning to include more fruits instead. Just like in the above post, perhaps just 2 bananas and a cup of coffee or milo shall be sufficient.

Trying hard to even change my dinner into more fruit based. biggrin.gif

Be aware that 2 bananas and a 3-in-1 mix is a lot of sugar! Almost all fruit are sugary too. Are you targetting either weight gain or loss? Hard boiled eggs can be kept ready in fridge for anytime and are portable.

My workouts mixed -- cardio with some heavy weight movements.

I am targeting weight loss. Eh, I thought the sugars in fruits are different than the 3-in-1? But then, they essentially still become glucose in our body right? hmm.gif

Hard boiled eggs...i see. Noted.. time to stock eggs !

Wow, you must be buff. haha
