Hey guys, I noticed after my update from iOS 9.3.5 to iOS 10 (iPhone 6+) my DiGi network now is only until 4G instead of LTE before updating to iOS 10. I did a restore as well but still the same thing. Anyone else experience this? I attached a photo as well. Attached thumbnail(s)

Alright thanks. Did a speed test, roughly the same speed previously.

Average speed I got when doing speed test was +\-7 Mbps cause previously I can get average 20-30Mbps so I called Digi & they said it's the same as LTE. As for the speed they refreshed my line & told me to restart my phone after 10 minutes.
I did as I was told after that got my speed back as usual. 😁

QUOTE(stephen.alvin @ Nov 11 2016, 03:27 PM) Speed if quite reasonable its above 20MB that 4G/LTE. I think u need to read on bandwith band signal more for detail to get u familiar. Well after the update my speedtest result only showed 7+ mb (if you read my previous post) then I called Digi & the refreshed my port & told me to restart my phone after 10 minutes, after that my speed test is back to before I updated from iOS 9 to 10.

QUOTE(stephen.alvin @ Nov 12 2016, 08:55 AM) Huh Ic i learn something new today. Which is the telco line for mobile is the same as landline where u can just call and complain then they will reset port only, and all this while i only thought TM or other land line only have this issue when when u have problem and complain they will say hold on sir i try to reset your port....ahahaha. Thx mate. Well, that's what they told me. I never said I'm an IT expert guy so I just do what they told me to do and seems the problem is fixed after the refresh. That's the whole reason why I asked because i don't know or not really sure. So I don't think your comment in dissing me is necessary, grow up & go stick a carrot up your hole. Thanks mate.
